My first experience with your company was excellent.  Your operator was very pleasant and very helpful, hence we were able to deal with the matter in a very short time.

It is my intention to use you for these matters in the future, although hopefully it will be infrequently because I won't have any problems, although on some occasion in the future it may require servicing.
