All products offered for sale are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility
Dispatch and Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days, however, at peak times or when stock is limited, delays may occur. You will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering.
Our deliveries are dispatched via royal mail or courier and MUST be signed for. These may be delivered anytime between 0800 and 1800. If you cannot arrange a signatory at your preferred address please inform us of an alternative delivery address, such as workplace, etc.
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Returns
A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Please pack carefully to avoid damage and enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange. It is recommended that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office/courier if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Orders over £250 will be delivered free of charge within the UK.
UK - £ 6.00 standard delivery (takes 2-3 working days).

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.

No credit card information will be taken through this site. All credit card transactions will be processed through our chosen 3rd party credit card processing provider. Nothing will be stored or kept by Gate-A-Mation with regard to credit card details
Cancellation Policy
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
Please note that your right to cancel your order does not extend to products that have been made to your specific requirements.
