From our inception in 1988,
GATE-A-MATION
has invested considerable time, effort and money in creating, building and stocking a specialist service department that is second-to-none.

We now have a team of full time qualified service engineers equipped with the very best tools for their trade and mobile workshops, sourcing from one of the largest stock holdings in the U.K.

Each system requires its own level of maintenance depending on usage and environmental conditions. Standard or full service agreements are offered on every installation that meets our system report benchmark criteria, giving peace of mind, security and priority of response accordingly.

A third level of maintenance agreement is offered, providing one or more built in service calls, along with a priority response call outs and system reporting. This agreement is always available to systems which do not meet our standard of installation.

System reports are carried out on all installations visited by us for the first time, together with any periodical database update on all other systems. (Please refer to our System Report Analysis for further information).
