Since the inception of Gate-A-Mation, the recognition for the need of aftersales support for every gate system has been and remains the core delivery and desire our company exists to provide.
Automatic gate systems offer security and service for any property and their continued performance is relied upon every day by every user. The consequences of a faulty system has an instant and often important affect that requires urgent response and fast repair.
Being locked either side of a gate can be very frustrating and having to use a gate manually, can be inconvenient and with a gate left open, a security risk exists. Even safety can fall into question when a gate system fails, allowing access to vulnerable persons, pets or livestock, etc.
Maintenance of all machines is important so that an extended life may be gained and powered gates are no exception. Regular servicing, testing and scheduled maintenance are backed up with a comprehensive administration platform, keeping all owners up-to-date.
Site activity Repairs, Servicing, Maintenance or Other
All engineer’s site visits are chargeable calls with actual inspection undertaken were access is made available, regardless of outcome.
Free estimate only requests, for any work or repairs are not provided by engineers, but can be submitted by arrangement from our sales force, subject to availability and our full terms & conditions of business apply.
Before any works on site are allowed to begin, up-to-date reports are to be undertaken as a priority (subject to safety). These are to be completed so that a system Safety Score, Product Description and Worthiness Appraisal may be collated.
Investigation and Testing are then followed by Cause Identification and Remedy Consideration. Action and reporting follow with any site activity undertaken as agreed.
Consequential follow-up including further site activity, administration with submissions and billing may conclude the original request.
