Are automatic gates, value for money?
An independent report by an evening newspaper claimed, ‘Automatic gates, if designed & installed correctly must be an investment on virtually any property!’
In fact the report went on to say, a minimum of 5% cash value would be obtained on the property with a quality gate system if like for like properties, in the same area, were sold at the same time.
This means a property valued at £500k could sell for £25k more if it had a quality gate system installed and as a quality gate system can be fully installed for under £12k customers selling could double their money!
Little wonder why developers are promoting “Gated Development” in the headlines of their sales and marketing promotions.
Our own record shows a system install for a private estate in 1989 @ a value of £12k, working continually with the support of service and minor repair, is today worth in excess of £25k and still has a lengthy life expectancy ahead of it. This, added to the value it has given to the individual houses on the estate is proof enough!
Automatic gates can be better that good value for money! They can be an investment!
